the room was clean and well-designed, with modern equipment and furniture in good condition. the helpful and friendly staff made me feel welcome, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. I also enjoyed the view from the rooftop terrace, overlooking the city. the hotel is conveniently situated just next to the international fair, making it ideal for business travelers.
The elevators in the hotel were quite tiny, which was a bit inconvenient.

Nice and helpful personnel, nice roof-top.
Bathroom lacks odor insulation (air conditioning), it is almost see-through and very awkward for double room which is not for couples.

The hotel is near the center and the beach of izmir but the location it is no good. when I check out they told me to pay breakfast separate but breakfast included in room price. they hv taken photocopy of booking com confirmation and I didn't pay finaly.also few persons of the staff speak english. generally staff are unfriendly.also none taxi driver speak english

Cleanliness was excellent, room was super clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to tourist sites and easily accessible.
It was all superb.

Good breakfast with many options and friendly staff. the hotel's location was great for exploring the city on foot, and the room was clean and modern.
My Christmas stay was ruined by the lack of heating in the room. the air conditioning unit seemed to only blow hot air, leaving the room stuffy and uncomfortable.
